HJOE hired a well known pump and dump auditor - Terry Johnson as their new auditor - only OTCM scam were hiring this guy.

Then the SEC busted him - excellent choice by Adamson.

FOURTH COUNTERCLAIM
95. TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE
a)Plaintiff caused Defendants to retain auditors, brokers, accountants; and
b)Plaintiff required Defendants to pay said professionals fees and costs
c)that Plaintiff’s aforesaid agents caused damages to defendants.

So KBM coerced HJOE to hire Terry Johnson to perform the audit. HJOE paid Terry Johnson to do the audit. But Terry Johnson didn't do the audit and the SEC shut him down. Pretty simple to understand.

HJOE then filed a claim against Terry Johnson but there's little possibility of recovering the money HJOE paid from KBM's pet monkey.
