There is zero evidence that NMGL has anything to do with Hand's legal issues. There is not a single reference to it anywhere in the publicly available legal filings about his case. Not one reference. So at the moment it very much is still in the false hope category.

As for the custodianship awarded to Hand being characterized as a "hijacking", I will again point out that it was under a court order that it occurred...and Lumb/Ronnie and crew did absolutely squat to fight it. That is the harsh reality. Where did ANYONE raise a legal objection? There is none.

So it is now in the hands off the Gonzalez brothers sans the A and B.
