There harsh reality is that the company was hijacked by Jehu Hand, who is being investigated and interrogated for his financial crimes that include NMGL.

Total nonsense. LUMB/Ron abandoned the delinquent dark and dead shell ( after going dark to avoid revoking ) Hand picked up the abandoned shell and won through the courts selling the shell to the now current owners.

This is done and over - no fantasy divvies exist in the new company .. end of fantasy story
