Pure coincidence that the $3.7MM is same number as the GGI disclosure.

I'm still waiting for you answer on where the credit is for the entry for stock subscriptions. I will give you some help it is not in assets, liabilities or in the income statement. If you know anything about accounting you will know where it is.
