Gregg From what I know and some of what i read in filings KC was KC becoming CEOof MMXT and later of the combined companies, was stipulation as part of Granite funding. I am sure that Granite felt and conveyed to the board KC he would bring industry knowledge and expertise having worked in the industry and being familiar with copy management. Unfortunately the funding was only partial and KC did not exhibit the qualities of the leadership and communcative skills that we so desperately needed.Do not know if KC would have been chosenhad his hiring not been part of Granite funding stipulations.At the time of hiring KC I was one of his strongest supporters for I felt he was capable and would bring some missing leadership. It turned out I was dead wrong.
So who benefited, I think neither party benefitted and both lost.
