It is important, as people should recognize that CFGX is not an SEC registrant. And that fact alone almost guarantees CFGX is nothing more than a scam and insider enrichment scheme.
Legitimate public companies register and report to the SEC. Those that aren't, don't. It is much easier to rip off shareholders when the SEC is not looking over their filings.
