So how does a stock that cannot be bought or sold go from 20 cents to 3 cents? Goes to show one more time that everything about Apptech is shrouded in mystery and deceit. For a public company Apptech doesn't know zip about communicating with shareholders. And when they do the information is misleading or an outright lie.
