YES.. they announced completion of development in MARCH. The only thing left to "complete" is the trials. Not all the terms and agreements are available but from what i understand, i believe the trials could have already begun..

either way. its clear exactly where that $300,000 is going and the fact that partner would give us a no interest loan only payable by royalties goes to show exactly how much potential this could possibly have..
