-the product is the psoriasis topical cream.
-the cream development has been complete and is part of a strategic alliance between Emilia and OWC, not Medmar.
- OWC obliged to pay Sheba $300,000 in 2016 for the trial.

Coincidence Medmar gives $300,000 funding? No??? It could not be more obvious they just paid for the clinical trial with Sheba. That is the only "Development" left

According to the terms of the agreement:
The funds will be allocated to complete the development of the Company's proprietary psoriasis cream;

Once we saw the preliminary results for their clinical studies, particularly in the field of psoriasis, we decided to make an investment and partner with them.
