When? Any link or official document to support your declaimation? If that were the case then why the majority of FEECQ shareholders are still holding their tens of millions of shares very firmly without any selling at $0.0001 yet? We all knew $0.0001 is much much much better than $0.0 (cancellation) --- say someone owns 50M shares: at $0.0001 it worth $5,000 but at $0.0 it worth $0.0! There is huge difference between $5,000 and $0.0! If I believed that then I would definitely liquidation all my FEECQ shares at the current bid $0.0001 ASAP...
