I guess it's just a question of when.

This communication is being made in respect of the proposed transaction involving the Company, Langley and Buyer. The intention is that the Company will file with the SEC a proxy statement in connection with the proposed transaction. The Company also intends to file with the SEC other documents regarding the proposed transaction. The definitive proxy statement will be sent or given to the stockholders of the Company and will contain important information about the proposed transaction and related matters. If what some here are proclaiming proves to be true, I imagine they'd be willing to average down. If that's what they'd be doing, of course. So, the sooner the better.
