Dear Michele,
As we all know the Russkis invented the lithium powered electric car many years before the west, Warren Buffet (vis-a-vis BYD) and Elon Musk. The never-executed early implementation of this invention would have saved Muscovites from all that deadly traffic-choking smog they breathe everyday now if they had only locked up a secure source of lithium 10 years ago to actually build the electric cars they have on the drawing board. These (Trabant, for example) electric cars would have used nuclear energy for power, not dirty diesel/gasoline. Perhaps you might want to seriously listen to the "fresh" ideas/offers from this nuclear outfit Rosatom. I am sure Vladimir would appreciate your kind ear to his delegates. Click Here.
