The bigger question is not where the shares are recorded, but when do we collect on the receivable. If these yahoos going off on the O/S had any clue about accounting they would be worried about the collectibility of the $3.7MM. GZFX claims in the Q that it is collectable, and I know you can not say that without solid evidence. I just hope it remains collectible or we collect on it soon.
