Their salaries are treated as convertible debt with a conversion feature of 15% discount to the previous 5 days. Their bonuses have a 25% conversion feature for any amount over $3k/mo. (noted in the 2nd par. of the contract I posted), so they could technically follow the same shenanigans as a toxic debt financier -- shorting and covering with conversion shares, but I'd like to believe that they're not that greedy.
