McAfee's admitted pedophilia and Jared Fogle's kiddy porn (for which his CONviction will make him a registered sex offender with regular online mugshots for life) are DISGUSTING and REPREHENSIBLE.

Subway gott rid of Jared for his pedophilia. The company ran away from that kiddy porn collector like a scalded cat, as they rightly should have, as collecting kiddy porn is DISGUSTING AND REPREHENSIBLE.

These despicable vermin should be SHUNNED and SHAMED (although pedos have NO shame - that's part of the mental pathology of these disgusting individuals) - they refuse to admit what they've done is WRONG, ILLEGAL, IMMORAL, and DISGUSTING).

Unlike Subway, MGT is embracing McAfee - an admitted pedophile. MGT, if it wasn't the Barry Honig scam that it is, and instead was a legitimate business, would dissociate itself from pedophile McAfee. The fact that it doesn't, is even more of the pile of overwhelming evidence that MGT is another (of many) Barry Honig scams.

MGT has to stick with McAfee as he's the company's only tool/prop to sell shares to newbies based on name recognition.

Like Subway fired the kiddy porn collector Jared and other companies and government institutions FIRE employees who are found to be pedos, MGT should sever all ties with pedo McAfee. Butt it won't, because unlike Subway and real corporations and government institutions, MGT is a share-distribution insider enrichment scam organized by infamous Barry Honig.

And now the SEC and a huge and growing number of securities law firms are onto the MGT game.

Rule 10 (10-(b)-5) is about FRAUD.

Rule 20 is about INSIDER TRADING.

Those are the areas (at least) that have been disclosed as being the heart of the investigations and now the first of the class action lawsuits against MGT that have been filed starting today and are of record.
