ES RSI highest since early august
wave 3 and eco events (does not matter whether its good or bad)
can be violent.

VIX around 12.50. VIX has bottomed 11.02-11.65.

Market built a 7 day base (bigger the base the bigger the boost)
Burning off supply for 7 days.
Most of the time a market will go past the big supply candle
then pullback into the candle briefly.
Check out late july.
