Doesn't sound like Eturd was very helpful. Did they metion the R/S as the reason?
Getting back to short covering. Are you saying that Eturd put in the restriction, UBSS is highly short and trying to cover at these levels but there is no volume. So the MM's can't cover without trading so the restritions are killing them as well?
