Clinton rules are, the rules don't apply to her. Evidence as above. Almost anyone else would've been prosecuted or sanctioned.

The fact is, what she did was illegal. It does not matter how many. One e-mail is a violation-- if it was one confidential email or 1,000.

The "percentage" of emails that were confidential is a horrible defense. Think about this absurd defense, in terms of your favorite cause. For example....

"The Russians only hacked the DNC 1% of the time-- so nothing to get alarmed about;."

"George W. Bush only stole 2% of the states in the 2000 election."

"Bush only invaded something like 1% of the countries out there, so what's the problem?"

"We only robbed 1% of banks, so that's not a crime, right?"
