K2 Lawsuit Clarity...

K2 Communications is a privately-owned, independent company. They are not owned in even the smallest amount by, nor financed by VGTel.

K2 Communications had what amounted to a simple distribution agreement whereby in certain circumstances, K2 would bundle the VGTel films that existed in K2's agreements with third parties, taking a distribution fee out of the licensing profit for doing so, and returning the remainder to VGTel.

There isn't anything more to it than that. The original K2 lawsuit, settlement, failure to pay settlement and now enforcement judgement against NTEK is between those two parties only, and has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with VGTel. This isn't conjecture or opinion.

It's all in the filings people. This "VGTel" company is not mentioned nor should it be, as it has absolutely nothing to do with this lawsuit.

That said, whatever relationship troubles VGTel and NTEK have on that Vodwiz scam are an entirely different matter entirely.

Summary:

K2 and NTEK signed a written agreement for 4K films from K2.

NTEK failed to pay the agreed upon license fees within the contract while using the films anyway.

K2 sued.

Rather than face the securities fraud charges, NTEK signed a settlement agreement with an agreed upon payment schedule.

NTEK again failed to pay per the settlement.

Now they are back in court facing an enforcement judgement.

Not really more complicated than that.
