As Churak has already pointed out, I think unlimited posts on the free side is the only way Ihub will kill RB.
Having at least one Happy Hour during the active, stock market, hours, also would help. The features here are very impressive.
Using the Happy Hour as a marketing tool in this manner should increase the premium membership. The features here are indeed impressive, but other boards are springing up that offer the same and more features, none of which are free though.
I'm still in favor of lowering the premium fees, though. lol
This is common thinking for most people. The management of Ihub has actually been moving the opposite direction, but not without good cause. When I first started posting on Ihub everything was free, but there were far fewer features then too, more features equates to more cost of operations. That was December of 2000, and Matt was running the show on his own pretty much! The site was just starting to grow and we all tried to intice others to post here. For that Matt "grandfathered" all of us into the premium side for life. So I see this as Matt saying thanks everyday for our help getting Ihub off the ground. As the features increase here, so does our reward for helping at the begining.
