Good morning, Ksquared. Steak and eggs sounds great. I'll be there shortly. We've been having damn near freezing weather down here lately. Mid to upper 80's and some low 90's. Must have been a cold front blowing through. No snow though. :>)

When you finish the yard, you are welcome to come down and wash some trucks. Say what? You already have plans to do sumptin' else after you finish your yard work? Chicken!!! <GGG>
