True, the P&D (pump 'n dump) scenario is probably correct. It also gave some existing shareholders a way to take some profits way ahead of the test results.
The GOOD news about the P&D thing, is that it shows the potential of what can happen when the test results are finalized, and acually released.
If CFRI can do that well on a simple P&D, imagine what the PPS will be when REAL orders for this product start pouring in!
