Norway has proved useless to say the least.I think it may have actually caused more harm than good and must be terminated as soon as possible.

Then what you expect for the shareprice of a company that has never done any share buyback even though greatly underpriced for so many years.They never ever decided to put even just $1M aside for that purpose.
