They got the $800M right and a deal was closed within one month of them running a buyout piece. By the way Intereconomia did not mention Teva, rather just that a deal was in the final stretch for Pernix. Teva rumors came from cafepharma. Anyway, given Pernix's situation and John Sedor's history, a sale of the company isn't unlikely, IMO.
