The numbers are posted for everyone to see. No matter how many auditors sign off on the financials, some faith is required. It just depends on degrees of faith, coupled with faith in the legal system to take action when fraud is committed. I seriously doubt Sulja could get away with posting financials the way they have if they were fraudulent without going to jail.

Even in the pink world, there are some rules and regulations. You can't simply send out pr after pr that you're earning huge amounts of money, if it's not true without legal repercussions.

I have a different theory; there has been plenty of buying (as evidenced by how many people visit this thread), however, those involved in the phantom share scam have been purposely keeping a lid on the price. I have very little faith in the SEC to police these crooks. There is just too much evidence now of rampant excess in the markets.

Once the audited financials come out and the stock only moves up a little, more may be convinced the only weapon is the dividend bomb.
