Mike, the company has mentioned in several press releases they are not diluting stock. The recent $25 million in financing statement proves once again this fact. Now I want you to go back in time and post the date the news came out about the NEGATIVE FLOAT POSITION. Go ahead and post the press release so everyone here knows it came from the company. Now add up all the shares traded since then and post that number. Now the company said NO DILUTION AND NEGATIVE FLOAT! Where have all the shares come from? All I am trying to do is to bring logic into the thinking on if this will be a good investment or not! To me when the company says no dilution I will believe them at this time. When the company says negative float, I will believe them at this time. There is no proof they are liars, cheats, reverse split CEO's, NOTHING! The new CEO has a stellar track record. My beat, a pink sheet stock that many will be talking about for years. Look at the board reads over the last week. By far everyone is waiting on the side lines for that one big catalyst they think will take this to new heights. Well good luck to them. My ticket is purchased and I have my seat on the plane!
