You're right Blue, Dan is obviously not concerned about creating shareholder value or attracting long-term investors. If he really wanted long-term investors, he would not have diluted investors as much as he has. The result of all the dilution is that investors have taken a short-term approach with ADXS thinking they better not hold too long for fear they will soon be diluted by the CEO seeking another round of newbies, which has contributed to the vicious cycle of stock volatility and ongoing dilution. Before the latest dilutions, the company had cash to fund operations well into 2018 as I recall. Why the need to dilute again after the Amgen deal at the current low price range? To have two years worth of cash instead of a year and a half? I would rather see shareholder value generation now then dilute at higher levels in the future when/if necessary (we should start to see revenue from PETX in the next year and possibly for cervical cancer in two years).
