...fact of the matter, IMO, he was and is a shareholder villain, that mopped the legal bankruptcy floor with Susman (not worked with him secretly to 'take care of shareholders and "do the right thing" (the GSA as developed 'pre Susman of of not so minor note; and the GSA wasn't changed after the 'boots shaking in chambers meeting re: the Examiner's scope)).
