Are those pictures supposed to impress somebody? They scream scam. Not only are the pictures staged, the drawings are very poor quality, using the cheapest CAD programs out there, basically free versions. Who is the architect or engineer? If it is a commercial project, those "plans" need a stamp. I see no stamp. Never trust any "project" on the OTC unless you can find stamped plans for it, and contact the architect or engineer to make sure it's legit. This guy Bill, once had a fence in Canada, lmao.
