The pictures show a paved road. The same pics that have been up for a while. The question is how much progress has occurred on the inside; since MCIG is being paid to assemble panels for the grow rooms.
In addition, Les is wrong again. For the GL project, MCIG gets 50% when plans are finalized; which there is no evidence that has happened. They get another 45% prior to shipment of the panels.
If Sin City is anything like GL and Mike Hawkin's description of the construction business model - again, construction clients are responsible for site prep - inside and outside - in preparation for panel installation; which is what MCIG is being contracted to do.
