If I am a vendor who sold 1,000,000 of stuff to company A and then company A goes bankrupt --- I do not look at how much company may have for me --- I file a claim for 1,000,000

DB would have been dumb to file for a penny less than they think they are owed

Does everyone who sues in genera or in an 11 expect to get 100% of what they sue for
