KGKG. Sure. First of all, it has been noted that KGKG management has increased the O/S since its becoming a public company. Last financials confirmed. Recent surges in share sale at basement pricing is also evident that more shares have been issued by the company since the release of the financials.

My statement of O/S = A/S is a reflection of this increasing O/S. Simply stated, even IF the O/S has been maxed at the A/S, its current pps would still be a bargain considering that KGKG is a "production" company...they ARE producing products that ARE being bought by consumers. There is intrinsic value in that fact that surpasses the current pps EVEN IF the O/S would equal the A/S. Thus, a bargain if you buy in now. IMO of course.

My incomplete statement was intended to be filled in by the reader. WHY KGKG is not selling shares at an increasing pps is puzzling to me since I have such confidence in KGKG..."Why aren't others gobbling up those shares?"..Well, "I have no idea other than (investors think that) its (just) 'another' MJ stock....and we know how THOSE have fared over the last 2 years (duds), so we (newbies) are not convinced KGKG is any different.

I think that hesitance by new investors is errant. Pinkies, by nature, are a complete gamble. Speculation is the name of the game...in ADVANCE of reality. If and when I have discovered what I believe to be a good risk and I would like shares of it in pinkiland, I buy NOW...hoping to be one of the first in line at the troth of future success. I guess I am willing to have confidence in my choice.

Doesn't everyone in pinkiland follow a similar thought process? Guess not. No confidence in themselves...waiting for others (comfort in company?) to show them they are right? The driving force of spikes AND dips.

I prefer standing on my own two feet. If I was not smart enough to get in before the crowd, so be it. I miss out. I never chase. Some do and have learned to do so by the success it brings them. Each to their own!
