Trump's ego is such that Putin's compliment automatically qualified Putin to be one to be admired and hooked in
to be one of his friends. And of course Putin has influence and is powerful. That's ultra important to Trump, too.

Little else really matters to conman and jerk extraordinaire Donald Trump.
