Completely agree... Pre Lamberth, minimal news was moving this stock in swings of 10+ percent.... Now, not much real momentum on the up side, only the down side. Just look at the difference between the various judgments from the Govt motion to consolidate to Pagliara's Freddie "loss".... We should have had a huge upswing when the Gov lost it's motion to consolidate, but we didn't.... Yet there was a significant down-turn in a very minor case...
