I did get a response from Teresa today when I asked what's been going on:

Making great headway. . .
The company continues to identify acquisition targets and have submitted a number of offers for well qualified candidates. Offers have been accepted and we are increasing our DD process for those candidates. Once we enter into a non-binding LOI with any one of the candidates a formal press release will be issued outlining the terms of the acquisition, etc.
