The FDA clearance for Amedica's composite interbody device, the Valeo C + CsC has not come yet. It is a major advance in implant devices, since it does not require the use of bone grafts.

It is approved for use in the EU currently, but not yet U.S.

Some of us thought that the last FDA clearance was for this device, but it turned out not to be. It was an extension of the already cleared Valeo line.
