Urban they continuously bought on every PP...from $.15 to $.02. Who would do such a thing if they weren't selling a large portion of previously purchased shares when the PR hit? What hasn't been talked about is that both smitty and I have predicted the upcoming PRs based on the preceding trading day's behavior. Why have a big upsurge in volume 24 to 48 hours prior to the PR?
