Hi 4, sorry I was distracted. I'm curious about this being described as a Ponzi scheme. Okay but one of the things you'd expect is a rush for exits short term after building enthusiasm. But here, the survivors envy the dead if you see what I mean. The mass shareholders from the private placement remain -- for the most part. Although accusations of pump and dump and money laundering are thrown around pretty haphazardly, wouldn't you have to agree that the large private placement investors are as much a victim of Tmmi as anyone who bought retail?

If it's a scam -- what is the scam? Was it just about lining the pockets of folks like Cavenaugh and Jorgenson etc, or was there something more?
