Given that there's no information to the contrary why would any sane person believe that MINE is anything other than TOAST and only existing in Vanis's mind/garage?
Since Scotty REFUSES to communicate the only thing we have to go on are the legal documents from previous filings which show massive liabilities and a description of what happens should Scotty default. Given that, the ONLY conclusion one could come to is the default occurred and those legal options were brought into play meaning MINE is NO MAS.
Of course unless someone has some actual PROOF that this is not the case? Exactly, no proof exists. Just "hey, wait a few more weeks"... Now where have I heard this before???? :rolleyes:
