I think the obvious point here was that large block share holders were notified of the AGM that replaced Mike Fernandez, etc. The new slate included this Gerry, etc. There's a lot that can be said to learn from history here, including that Gerry was clearly a colossal mistake. But also, I doubt Jay was a large shareholder around then, and I doubt the people referred to by Jay as dumping shares over the last couple of days were either.
