I agree with both you and andy. While tests are doable they will be difficult and, as andy indicates, it requires money. While powderbum is optimistic, the present executive has not proven capable of raising funds other than by dilution as he sells more shares. After two years, the stock price is heading back to where it was when he entered the scene despite all those occasions when he bragged about his ability to increase company value.
As I noted the other day, getting approval or insurance coverages will require, most importantly, that there will be a company in place when that happens. At this point it is unclear there will be one in a position to run trials, let alone fund them.
