It's traded in large chunks because it's almost worthless. If you trade 10k at 0.026 is 260 bucks. Who would waste time trading for 260 bucks? Even if you made 20% in a day it's 52 dollars.

At 100k trades it's $2600. With OTC penny stock, it's not unusual to see trades in few hundred thousands. But still the dollar mount is very little compare to say NASDAQ stocks that's worth 10 dollars a share. Even if 5 million exchange hand, it's only 130k in dollar amount.
