I really don't know what you're not understanding.

We've gone through this several times before, and I seem never to be able to get a clear answer from you, so I really don't know what you're not understanding about what I'm asking.

you claim you have 60K shares.

you claim that you think there will be "much, much more time and opportunities to buy in at lower prices"

So...

Why would you be "holding" 60K shares... if you think there will be "much, much more time and opportunities to buy in at lower prices"???

I hope you agree another round of share offering and thereby another dilution is on his way

I don't agree at all... and why would someone holding 60K shares be "hoping" there is a concensus that there is going to be another dilution???

It is just common Sense

No it's not... there is no logic what-so-ever in your common sense.

There are at least a half-dozen events that could pop the share price to well above $5 where their ATM sale of 2M shares could raise $10 million.

But... again... give me some "common sense" answer as to why someone would hold on to 60K shares IF he believes he can buy it for considerably cheaper for a considerable amount of time thereafter???
