the lfwk pr about a cash divy is the only thing left they have not done, except completing the 10k----so, i expect a small cash divy-----a recent conversation with my sec friend about naked shorting, he stated, a cash dividend will ALWAYS beat naked shorting---- the people in new york handling this merger know this
