Used to love this company ... Very shady management here, so I got out. Derek is dumping shares through his wife Amy. He's also acquired his own company, given shares to buddies and given handsome bonuses to management at the shareholders expense. All while racking up massive debt. The real kicker is what's coming next ... He's winding up to give a solid kick to shareholders' balls with this upcoming reverse split. First he's going to drive down the shares with massive dumping. Some his own, some management and some from shady financiers. Then he's going to say they need to do the reverse split to get the share price up in order to prepare for the up-listing. Great move if you have preferred shares - those bad boys get 20x the amount common shares. In essence, Derek is getting ready to drink your common shares milkshake. At the end of the dumping and the reverse split you will have nothing.
