Looks like stage one requires a capX of about the current market cap...$212 Million... and stage 2 about that amount again... Where will it come from??? Share dilution for sure ! Looks like we should expect 3X the current number of shares. With around 300 Million shares currently outstanding it looks like we will be around 1 Billion shares !!!
