It is realistic that dilution will be severely reduced even within the next 6 months. Within the next year, dilution could be a thing of the past.

Dilution should be a thing of the past. With the revenues Avid is bringing in management should be able to plan a path to profitability sooner than 2 years out. But it has been over 6 months since Sunrise was halted and there is not a sign of the necessary restructuring to clear that path.

A RS is also not necessary, but given the BOD's track record...
