Bob has always tried to grow the company without giving up control or majority share holding. But Bob has no money. So whenever he gives shares to raise capital (or sells his own shares to raise operating funds), he gives himself even more shares. That wouldn't have upset anyone if the company kept growing and if the PR's about selling in China and Mexico, using cans for GR so they could be sold in vending machines, new products that were announced actually happening (like Apple Rush), cane sugar used as the sweetener, and the brewery deal closing and providing massive bottling capability, had actually happened. But when any company announces developments that don't happen, the share value tanks with or without dilution, but with dilution it REALLY tanks.
