I thought they "had it right" in China and after certification (which they supposedly got) it was to go on sale? I thought if LG Partners were going to use them all along their pipeline, that it must have worked then? If PRCI testing was "successful", then why would there have been an issue so simple as a power issue at TCPL? Why is there now MULTIPLE issues with KMI if all these previous "tests" were "successful"?
