In my previous post I have helped perpetuate the idea that a Nasdaq Compliance continuance "will not" be applied for. It "may" be based on the post from ku. Having read the Proxy again there is, as I have previously stated to chey's post, NO indication that they WILL or WILL NOT apply for an extension.

A simple "we will apply for a Nasdaq Compliance Extension" in the Proxy would have eliminated all this speculation.

This Friday I sent to PPHM IR this question "Will PPHM file for an extension in regards to the delisting notice of dollar minimum requirement". I did not receive a reply but will post if I receive one.
